Submit A Story

Do you know someone who makes the world brighter just by their very being? Someone who went above and beyond with their care and kindness?
Someone who made a difference in your life?

We want to hear about it! Care Karma wants to highlight their contribution to the world, inspire others, and bring hope to humanity.

Story Guidelines + FAQs

How often are new stories published?

Every month Care Karma will feature one story selected from that month's submissions.

Who can submit a story?

Anyone can submit a story about an act of care or kindness. However, someone else must have performed the act of care; it cannot be a story of something you did.

Is there a limit to the number of stories a person can submit?

You may submit as many stories as you would like; however, there will be a maximum of two featured stories per person per calendar year.

How are stories selected?

Featured stories will be selected based on their ability to evoke feelings of hope, joy, and positivity in readers.

What happens if your story is selected to be featured?

If your story is selected, you will be notified by email and receive your choice of a free thirty-minute Self+Care Coaching session or Mediation Mentoring session. The person who performed the act of care will also receive a free gift from Care Karma just for being a kind human being!

What happens if your story is not selected to be featured?

If your story is not featured, it will still be available in the Care Karma stories archive for readers to enjoy.

Care Karma wants to highlight all kinds of care! So, be creative and keep your eyes and ears on the lookout for people performing acts of care. When we tune our focus to look for the positivity around us, it can literally change how we think by changing our brains and how our cells function.
