Care Karma is a space where we can share the light and love that exists in this world. It is a community of positive reciprocity, where acts of care are highlighted and rewarded in service of spreading peace, love, light, healing, and joy into the hearts of all people everywhere. Through our words and the telling of stories of everyday people performing acts of care, we have the power to heal the world and raise the collective vibration of humanity.

The Care Karma Project
I created Care Karma because I felt the need for a space where we can share the good deeds, acts of kindness, and hope that is often left out of mainstream media. My hope and vision for Care Karma is that if you’re having a bad day, feeling down, or need a smile, this is a place where you can go to share and receive moments of hope, love, and light. We all deserve to benefit from everyday human kindness. I invite you to share a story about an act of care that has inspired you.

Studies have shown the power of performing and recalling acts of kindness on our well-being. The goal and vision of this space is to provide messages of hope and to inspire connection and healing through storytelling.
The "Messages of Hope" project in Rwanda that started in 2014 to commemorate the 1994 genocide, is one of the most powerful examples of the capacity for storytelling to heal and bring hope. The project focuses on positive stories of survival and healing from ordinary Rwandan citizens who had experienced trauma and loss. Study after study has demonstrated the role hope plays in our ability to cope, recover from trauma, and lead a life worth living.
When we shine a light on the human capacity for love, care, and kindness, not only does it create hope, it grows, creating more love and light, and driving out the darkness and hatred in our world.
